Ford County Fair 4-H Indoor (Static) Exhibit
All Indoor (STATIC) Exhibits will be dropped off on Thursday morning, July 16 at the Ford County Fair Building. We plan to have exhibits dropped off between 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Families will be assigned times to drop off 4-H exhibits. If those times do not work, you will need to call the Extension Office to make arrangements for a different time slot.
The drop off times correspond with the first letter of the 4-Her's last name:
A - D -- 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
E - G -- 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
H - L -- 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
M - R -- 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
S - W -- 11:30 to 12:30 p.m.
There will be 2 drop off doors at the Fair Building and we would like to have each individual 4-H member's exhibits in a container (boxes, baskets or plastic tubs, etc.) with the exception of larger exhibits.
There will be no consultative judging this year, so each exhibit should have a form with more information attached to each entry (find the form here). This will allow the judge to gather more information on the 4-Her's entry.
The building will be closed to the public for all judging and exhibits will be available for pick up Friday evening. There will be no Booths or Banners.
